1. Legal Entity & Non-Lending Status
Earth Wealth Group (operating from Plot No. 28-B, Block D, Kiran Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 110059) is NOT a banking institution, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or money lender. We function solely as an authorized financial sourcing intermediary and DSA partner under agreements with regulated institutions including HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, InCred, and Axis Bank.
2. Zero Upfront Fee Guarantee
Earth Wealth Group maintains a strict Zero Upfront Fee Policy. We will NEVER ask you to deposit money, cash, or digital payments into any personal or corporate account under the guise of "File Approval Charges", "GST Advance", "NOC Certificate Fees", or "Insurance Deposit". All statutory processing charges are deducted directly by the lending bank from the sanctioned loan amount at disbursal.
3. Underwriting & Loan Discretion
The decision to approve, sanction, or reject any loan application—as well as the final applicable interest rate, tenure, and sanction limit—lies entirely within the independent discretion of the partner bank or NBFC based on their internal credit policies, applicant's CIBIL score, FOIR ratio, and risk assessment.
4. Data Privacy & Credit Bureau Consent
By submitting your details on our platform, you explicitly authorize Earth Wealth Group and its contracted partner banks to pull your credit bureau records (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF High Mark) and contact you via Phone Call, SMS, WhatsApp, or Email in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
