1. Who we are

Earth Wealth Group (“EWG”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a financial product assistance business with its registered office at Plot No. 28-B, Block D, Kiran Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi – 110059. GSTIN: 07AQBPC7855Q2ZA. We assist customers in exploring products offered by banks and non-banking financial companies. We are not the lender and do not make the final credit decision.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the service you request, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, city, employment or business details, income, requested product and amount, documents you choose to provide, communication records, lead source and campaign details, advertising click identifiers (such as GCLID or FBCLID), landing/referring page, consent records, and basic device or website usage information.

Please do not submit passwords, PINs, OTPs, card CVVs or unnecessary sensitive documents through a public form or unsolicited message.

3. Why we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and contact you about the product requested.
• To perform a preliminary profile discussion and guide documentation.
• To share relevant details with a selected bank/NBFC after notice and consent, where required.
• To operate our lead-management system, prevent misuse, maintain records and improve service.
• To comply with applicable law, regulatory instructions and lawful requests.
• To send marketing communication only where permitted and consistent with your consent/preferences.

4. Consent and communication

By submitting a form, you request contact from EWG through phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding the selected financial product. Where consent is the basis of processing, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may limit our ability to continue the requested assistance.

We will maintain a communication preference or suppression record where reasonably necessary to honour an opt-out.

5. When we share information

We may share necessary information with financial institutions relevant to your request, including IDFC FIRST Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and InCred Financial Services, subject to current arrangements, product availability and appropriate notice/consent. We may also use service providers for hosting, CRM, communication, analytics, security and professional advice. Each lender independently applies its own privacy practices and credit policy.

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone data product.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, relationship, legal/regulatory obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention and consent records. Inactive records are reviewed periodically. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and access controls; however, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to a summary of your personal data, correction or updating, erasure where appropriate, withdrawal of consent, communication opt-out, and grievance redressal. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

The website uses essential browser storage to preserve security, consent and campaign-attribution information. With your optional permission, we may activate Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta measurement technologies to understand campaign performance and record inquiry conversions. Optional tags remain disabled until you choose “Allow analytics & ads.” You can clear the saved choice in your browser storage to be asked again.

Click identifiers and campaign parameters may be stored with an inquiry so later stages such as a qualified or approved lead can be attributed to the relevant campaign. We do not enable enhanced-conversion sharing of customer contact information unless it is separately configured with appropriate notice, consent, platform terms and safeguards.

9. Children

Our financial product inquiry services are intended for adults aged 18 years or above. We do not knowingly solicit loan applications from children.
