Earth Wealth Group provides information, assistance and lead facilitation for financial products. We are not a bank or NBFC, do not independently sanction or disburse loans, and do not control a lender's underwriting decision. References to financial institutions describe relevant business relationships or product channels and do not imply that a product is guaranteed or endorsed for every customer.

3. No guarantee or financial advice

Website content is general information, not legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee approval, a particular loan amount, interest rate, tenure, disbursal time, card limit or insurance issuance. Final terms depend on the regulated institution's policy, verification, credit assessment and executed documents.

4. Indicative tools and information

EMI calculations, examples and eligibility descriptions are indicative and may exclude fees, taxes, insurance, changes in rate and other charges. The lender's Key Fact Statement, sanction letter, schedule of charges and executed agreement prevail over website information.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Review the lender's identity, Key Fact Statement, APR, fees, repayment schedule and agreement before accepting.
• Never share an OTP, PIN, password or card CVV with an EWG representative.
• Make payments only through verified and officially communicated channels after reviewing written terms.
• Confirm that you can meet repayment obligations before borrowing.

6. Fees and third-party terms

Any EWG service fee, if applicable, must be communicated separately and transparently before commitment. Lender interest, fees, taxes, penalties and other charges are governed by the lender's documentation. Third-party websites and services have independent terms and privacy policies.

7. Communication consent

When you submit an inquiry, you request contact concerning that inquiry through the channels indicated in the form and Privacy Policy. You may opt out of promotional communication; service and compliance messages may still be sent where lawful and necessary.

8. Testimonials

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not promise similar results. Reviews may be moderated for authenticity, privacy, relevance, abuse and unlawful content. We may decline or remove a review, but will not knowingly alter its material meaning.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful information, impersonate another person, interfere with security, scrape personal data, introduce malicious code or use the service in violation of law.

10. Intellectual property and trademarks

EWG website content and branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Bank, NBFC and product names or marks belong to their respective owners. Their display does not change the applicable institution's independent terms.

11. Availability and liability

We aim to keep information and systems reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EWG is not responsible for an independent lender's decision, third-party service, indirect loss or a customer's reliance on indicative website content. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable dispute mechanisms, courts with jurisdiction in New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
